Long Ridge Road

This project was part of a major renovation where we fabricated and installed a 94,543 sq. ft. curtain wall. The renovation was part of a 310,000 sq. ft. office complex that was complete with four wings that connected to form a large courtyard. The 94,543 sq. ft. curtain wall system that we fabricated and installed consisted of 41,367 sq. ft. of spandrel glass and 53,176 sq. ft. of insulated energy efficient Low E vision glass. This floor to ceiling glass wall provided not only an incredible view, but also a beautiful façade for the building. We also fabricated and installed a recessed shade pocket to maintain the full height and unobstructed vision desired by the client. We completed this substantial and highly visible job in just 16 weeks.
