When did you start at R&R and in what position?
Coming up on six years, I started working at R&R in July of 2016 as a CNC operator.

What’s your current position?
Operator/Laborer in the field.

What brought you to R&R Window?
I met Troy while working at another job and he mentioned that R&R was looking for a machinist so I took the opportunity.

What keeps you at R&R Window?
The fact that we’re always getting into new systems and troubleshooting, working out the kinks.

What’s a typical day like for you?
It all depends on the job it’s hard to say.

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
Getting together with friends and family.

Do you have any skills or talents that people don’t generally know about?
I’m a pretty good cook.

What made you decide a career in the trades was for you?
I just love working with my hands and being outdoors.

How would your coworkers describe you?
Bubbly.

What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?
Coming in with an open mind and the ability to work well with others.

What do you like best about your job?
The fact that it’s sporadic and always providing new challenges.

How do you want people to remember you?
As a person they enjoyed working with and gave them a good laugh.

When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A firefighter so I could slide down those poles.

What of your accomplishments are you most proud of?
Just how far I’ve been able to get in this company and how far I can still go.
