Regional Private Higher Education Client
A brand new, state-of-the-art, 250,000 sq ft facility.
The building has five wings that are united by a multi-story common space with research and teaching lab, classrooms, community spaces, a greenhouse, a library, a cafe, and multiple informal learning areas.
The building was designed for an open and transparent aesthetic, and we were contracted to furnish and install interior and exterior glass and glazing products, as well as skylights into a roof canopy. We also fabricated and installed a considerable amount of ACM metal panels on both the exterior and interior of the facility.
The overarching challenges we had to overcome on this project were related to timing and coordination. This stems from the considerable scope we took on, which was made up of a wide variety of glazing products and composite panel areas on both the interior and exterior of the building. Using our extensive product knowledge and years of experience, we were able to foresee potential problems and react to unexpected issues, completing the project on time and on budget.
