Jeremy Foster
When did you start at R&R and in what position?
I’ve been with the company for about 20 years. Originally I was hired as summer help when I was 16 or 17. I started in the shop, then worked in the field, then returned to the shop again.
What’s your current position?
I run a saw in the production shop.
What keeps you at R&R Window?
I enjoy the people and the relationships I’ve built over the years.
What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
I enjoy playing the drums and grilling. I’ll make any excuse to grill and I love to teach kids how to do it.
How would your coworkers describe you?
I hope they would describe me as a hard worker and someone fun to be around.
What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?
Working hard and paying attention to detail.
How do you want people to remember you?
I’d like people to remember me as a person they enjoyed working with and someone that gave them a good laugh.
When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I thought I would own a restaurant, something like a simple diner. I started cooking around the age of 10 and fell in love with it.
What of your accomplishments are you most proud of?
Being a parent and giving my kids what I didn’t have growing up.
